Your personal and health information is protected under HIPAA. We do not share your information without your written consent unless legally required (e.g., safety concerns, abuse, court orders)

Mind Your Way Home provides behavioral health consulting services, including care navigation, education, and advocacy. These services are not a replacement for emergency care or ongoing therapy.

We are not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Please arrive on time, participate openly, and provide accurate information so we can support you effectively.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless arranged otherwise. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.

We use secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms for email, documentation, and video calls. You may contact us at support@mindyourwayhome.com.

You may request access to your records, ask questions about how your information is used, or withdraw consent at any time.

These terms follow the laws of the State of Colorado.
