Can you help me find a therapist, psychiatrist, or treatment program?

Do you work with people outside of Colorado?

Right now, we are focused on clients in Colorado, where Jess is currently licensed and most familiar with local resources.  That said, if you’re elsewhere and think we might be a good fit, feel free to reach out – we can talk about whether Mind Your Way Home can help or refer you to someone who can.

What makes your approach different?

At Mind Your Way Home, we know how hard it is to ask for help – especially when you’re already exhausted from hitting endless walls.  We meet you where you are, without judgment or pressure.  We offer steady, clear guidance.  You won’t get a one-size-fits-all plan – just support that makes sense for your real life.
