Welcome To Mind Your Way Home

About Jess

I’m Jess Allbee, a board-certified psychiatric/mental health nurse and the founder of Mind Your Way Home, a concierge mental health case management and advocacy practice.

I’ve spent years working inside the mental health system — and I’ve also navigated it personally within my own family. Being on both sides of care has given me a rare perspective: I understand not only how the system works, but what it feels like to depend on it when someone you love is struggling.

Over time, I began to see the same painful patterns repeated again and again: families overwhelmed, individuals falling through the cracks, and care that too often felt fragmented, confusing, or out of reach. I created Mind Your Way Home to change that.

My Mission

My mission is simple: to make navigating mental health care clearer, more humane, and far less overwhelming.

I provide individuals and families with high-touch, personalized support as they move through complex systems — helping them understand their options, coordinate care, advocate for appropriate treatment, and make informed decisions at critical moments.

At the heart of my work is the belief that no one should have to navigate mental health care alone. With the right guidance, structure, and advocacy, recovery becomes not just possible — but more sustainable and supported.

I’m here to walk alongside you, hold the bigger picture, and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

You don’t have to do this alone.

I’m here to help you find your way home.
